Levi & Danny are a super chilled out couple. I have known Danny since I used to work with him years ago, and Levi attended my Wreath Workshops for the last two years. They had no idea about flowers but they knew the sort of style, the colours they liked and the overall relaxed feel they wanted for their special day. They held their wedding day at Eden, a private house in the grounds of Broughton Hall, Skipton. They had the ceremony in a light room with pretty full length windows, where they spoke their vows in front of a feature copper arch. This held my fully handmade large willow floral hoop. The aisles were lined with bottles of co-ordinating flowers and flowers were placed all around the various indoor and outdoor spaces.
The Wedding Breakfast was held in an outdoor tepee, where the tables were decorated with foliage garlands and finished with candles and table numbers in gin bottles.
Levi’s bouquet was a loose crescent shaped large bouquet which took centre stage, containing ‘Red Naomi’ roses, ‘Wedding Rose’ roses, red dahlias and ‘Black Baracca’ roses, along with apricot lisianthus, blush and red spray roses. We also used unusual textures and colours including white limmonium, Kangeroo Paw, and white veronica spires.
