Amy & Chris
Theme: Pink Peony
Amy had set her heart on big fluffy pink Peonies to feature, especially in the bridal party bouquets. Luckily this was British Peony season and we decide on a statement single pink Peony surrounded by feathery blush pink Astilbe and Eucalyptus for her bridesmaids. Amy’s bouquet combined a mix of pink and cream Peonies and Roses, with Astilbe (to tie in with her bridesmaids) and Eryngium (to tie in with the groom)
The groom, Chris also had given his buttonhole plenty of thought, opting for a slimline design using spray roses, Brunia and Erygium.
The statement top table centrepiece looked truly amazing, which was dual purposed on the ceremony table. We were initially inspired from a photo seen on Pinterest and so
we put our own spin on it, personalising it by me hand-making a homegrown willow hoop and their friend laser cutting a wooden ‘love’ sign which we hung in the centre on invisible wire. All the guest commented on just how stunning it looked!
They married and celebrated their special day at The Old Barn Esholt, which is less than one mile away from my workshop! Couldn’t get more local!
