I was given the freedom to express the fun and laid back flowers to reflect Stephanie & Matt’s fun and relaxed personalities.
Their flowers not only tied in with the colour themes of burgundy, navy and emerald but I added in lots of textures and wild grasses. Stephanie’s bouquet featured the late summer British grown Chocolate Cosmos, Avalanche Roses, white Lisianthus, white Veronica, dried Wheat, Miscanthus grass, blue Eryngium, Scabiosa Seedpods, dried Lavender and Viburnum Berries. All those textures and colours gave so much interest and detail to Stephanie’s bouquet, as well as adding flowers in her hair.
As a personal touch we agreed that I would finish the Grooms side of the family buttonholes in burgundy satin and the Brides side of the family bouquets and buttonholes in emerald green. The Bride, joining into the Groom’s family was a combination of Emerald green satin with trails of Burgundy and Emerald satin ribbons.
They had a central Leeds Wedding at the Civic Hall.
